Large timber extension

This project was a large timber extension which was effectively a two bedroom house adjoining the customers old cottage. We were given planning drawings from their architect and designed our timber structure around the planning requirements. To keep to a sensible budget we designed this with both Oak frame features and softwood stick frame walls. The final result was a modern family space which still compliments the old cottage it adjoins.

We design and build each extension to meet your specific requirements. Depending on the budget, we can include as little or as much oak as required. We take great care in forming a building that compliments but does not overpower your property. We have experience working with all materials, from natural stone, brick to rendered walls or extensive expanses of glass.
