Single garage with a pretty annexe

Our oak garages are all tailored to your specific requests. Each oak garage is built from first grade quality timber using traditional mortice and tenon joints. The oak is QPA grade and the softwood stud walls, and roof timbers are C24 grade clear treated softwood and 60mm in thickness.

All of our garages have a masonry dwarf wall on top of a reinforced concrete slab, which can be either brick or stone.

We supply single doors and garage barn doors to any enclosed bays and windows to suit your requirements. These can be hardwood or softwood.

Of particular note is that we have been doing this from the other side of the world, but it has been seamless, simply because we have been able to trust and rely on you totally. Even when there have been the inevitable delays, we know you’ve done everything to get it sorted. In fact, we were asked last night how we were going to do the final snagging and both Annie and I said we really didn’t feel we have to. The care, attention and passion you put into your work is self-evident and we know if you’re content, we will be too. Your comment about a 200-year legacy of your work struck a real chord with us.

Thank you for the video too. It is fantastic to see it complete and will be so exciting to come back to. In the fullness of time and weather depending, some photos for your website and for us would be really wonderful. We will definitely invite you up for a drink – or cup tea! – so we can thank you in person. And we will come to you first when we get around to doing the kitchen etc.
